1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this Government system, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. User Responsibilities

2.1 Data Protection

You shall not upload, store, or process Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or Personal Identifiable Information (PII) or any other sensitive, classified, or restricted data into the system.
You must ensure that any data uploaded complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.

2.2 Account Security

You must not share your user ID, password, or authentication credentials with any other person or third party.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities conducted under your credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must report it immediately.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system, including accessing accounts, data, or resources that do not belong to you.
Engage in activities that could disrupt, damage, or interfere with system functionality or security.
Use the system for any unlawful, unethical, or unauthorized purposes.

4. Consent to System Monitoring and Compliance

Users are accessing a Department of Defense (DoD) information system.
Monitoring and auditing are conducted for security and operational purposes.
Unauthorized use may result in disciplinary action or legal consequences.
User activity is subject to capture and analysis by cybersecurity personnel.
By proceeding, users acknowledge and consent to these conditions.

5. Limitation of Liability

This is an Impact Level 2 (IL2) Test system that is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The service provider is not liable for any damages, data loss, or disruptions arising from system usage.

6. Changes to the Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the system constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
